Are you a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of building systems, and taking pride in maintaining top-tier facilities? Join our dynamic Facilities team as a Building Maintenance / HVAC Technician and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and teamwork.

This role will travel between Watford City, Williston, and Killdeer, ND on a frequent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Manage HVAC controls and EMS software across multiple facilities.
• Support other technicians and construction teams in system troubleshooting and equipment recommendations.
• Maintain HVAC product standards and update facility equipment records using our Facility Management System.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and construction work.
• Provide technical input during design phases of new construction and major remodels.
• Assist with security system maintenance including cameras, sensors, and access control.
• Contribute to departmental operations guides and help identify opportunities for process improvements.

Position Competencies:

• • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• • Initiative, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• • Proficient in troubleshooting and project coordination.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; five years of experience in HVAC or building maintenance (or equivalent training).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical, plumbing, and building components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between assigned locations.
