You will handle most teller responsibilities such as working the drive-up line, handling customer deposits, ATM maintenance, creation of debit cards, open consumer accounts, on top of overseeing Personal Bankers. This includes Onboarding, Training, Coaching, Leading, Scheduling, and making sure policy is being followed. This is a higher-level Retail Banking position and having foundational knowledge and/or experience will be beneficial. It’s also a role where leadership is a passion for you.

What you will do every day:

• You will be working face to face with customers every day and handling any questions they have.
• Coach, Lead, Onboard, Schedule and Train our Personal Bankers.
• You will keep track of your drawer and keep it balanced throughout the day.
• Act a subject matter expert for the rest of the retail team at the branch.

Competencies:

• You will need strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with our customers and provide a high level of professional customer service.
• You will need to be able to adapt to different customers, questions, or situations that may present themselves throughout the day.
• Given the in-person nature of this position, professionalism will be especially important as you are dealing with the customer.

Requirements:

• An Associate’s Degree/equivalency is preferred.
• Three to five years prior retail banking experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
